DAP Dynaflex 230 is a premium silicone-tough latex sealant formulated to deliver outstanding performance for both interior and exterior applications. This elastomeric sealant combines the durability of silicone with the ease of application and cleanup of latex, making it an ideal choice for homeowners and contractors alike. Use it to seal gaps and joints around windows, doors, siding, trim, and baseboards to prevent air leaks, improve energy efficiency, and create a weather-tight seal that protects against the elements.

Dynaflex 230 withstands expansion and contraction without cracking or losing its seal, ensuring long-lasting performance even in challenging climates. The cured sealant resists mold and mildew growth, maintaining its appearance and integrity over time. The paintable surface allows seamless blending with surrounding materials, and it bonds securely to wood, MDF, PVC, polystyrene, composite trimboard, and other common building materials.
