Cpqt Advanced Acrylic Primer, 1 Qt.

Custom Building Products Advanced Acrylic Primer is a latex primer and sealer that prepares surfaces for self-leveling underlayments such as LevelQuik® and LevelLite®. This acrylic formula creates a strong bond between your subfloor and underlayment materials, helping to ensure a stable foundation for tile, carpet, wood, or other flooring installations. Whether you're working with concrete, wood, or other surfaces, this primer seals the substrate to prevent moisture absorption and improve adhesion.

This product works on both porous and non-porous surfaces for interior and exterior applications. Using this primer before applying self-leveling underlayments helps reduce the risk of delamination and improves the bond of underlayments to your prepared surface.
